  • Maximum traction, even when floor/boots are wet
  • Moisture resistant
  • Helps prevent shifting of cargo during transport
  • Dimensionally stable - will not expand/contract with temperature changes like plastic floors do
  • Rot proof - will not rot or splinter & no issues with mold
  • Chemical resistant
  • Safe for food handling
  • Decreases road noise

  • Rear and side sills highly recommended (see photo #3) - heavy-duty diamond plate aluminum / custom cut to fit
  • Floor weights - 118"WB is 92 pounds, 136"WB is 101 pounds, 159"WB is 132 pounds, 159"WB EXT is 145 pounds

Install Tips!

  • Tools Required: Rubber Mallet, Star Key Set (for removing/replacing factory tie downs)
  • Remove existing floor mat (if any), sills (if any), and tie down rings (may be on floor or at bottom of walls). Place the first panel on floor in front, being sure it's right side up. Tap aluminum spline into dovetail on rear of first panel. Insert the second panel into spline and tap into place. Repeat for any additional panels. Replace sills and tie down rings. That's it! "Floating" floor is retained by vehicle walls and tie down rings. Note: kit includes all necessary hardware and vehicle specific installation instructions.
  • Sill Installation (optional): Install floor. Install sills using either supplied push fasteners into factory holes or supplied screws into floor.

Solid floor. Wasn't sure which side went up at first, but think I figured it out.

I also got the metal edge strips. The screws that come with the metal are not long enough when you install over the floor, plus the screws were bugle headed, and really should be pan heads. 2 separate sets of screws should have been provided.

    StablilGrip Van Floor

Posted by JASON on 24th Jun 2020

Easy install. Great addition to the van. The floor was getting worse with every pallet I put in there. Now it looks great and it can handle the pallets without any problems. Very strong and durable. I am going to buy another floor for another van.

    Super Easy

I thought this would be hard to install but its super simple. Removed the tie downs and reinstalled them once the floor was laid in. I am not real handy but figured this out in 40 minutes once I had the right tools. I bought the sills too for extra protection. Unlike my last wood floor boxes don't go sliding all over the place!

Excellent product. I installed it in 10 minutes, looks great and items roll/slide on it easily, but has grip when walking on it with wet boots. Sweeps out easy and looks like new! Fast delivery and arrived in excellent condition. Thanks

    Stabiligrip is the best

Posted by Glenn on 9th Jul 2018

I did a lot of research on van floors before buying and I'm glad I got this one. Most floors out there have either a plastic or wood core. The problem with wood is that it will rot & smell, and the problem with plastic is that it expands and contracts with the temperature, so you cant mount shelving easily. This floor is rigid like plastic or wood, but has a fiberglass weave that prevents the expansion. Its got really good traction too, but not so much that you cant slide anything. I also got the sill kit as well, it makes it look finished and neat.
